Vermont-style Sourdough Bagels List of Ingredients:

Each bagel consists of King Arthur Wheat Bread Flour, Water, ‘Rene,’ our Sourdough Starter (King Arthur Wheat AP Flour + water), ‘However Wild Farm’ Honey, and Salt. 

Allergens

Each bagel consists of wheat as the main allergen. Each bagel is made with Honey and is not a  vegan food. An egg-wash is applied to the top of some of our bagels, please see below. 

We use an egg wash on our seeded bagels and omit egg on our non-seeded types. Egg is on Sesame, Poppy, Everything, Onion and Salt. No egg is used on Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Cheddar, Jalapeño Cheddar and Asiago. There is the likelihood of trace amounts of egg on those non-egg washed bagels, some cross contact occurs during production. 

All of our bagels are currently made in a nut free facility. We do not use any additional dough proofers, fast acting yeast, additives or preservatives in or on our bagels.
