Since signing our lease on Main Street in January, we’ve been hard at work transforming the space—upgrading equipment, passing inspections, and preparing to make Bennington Bagel Company your new go-to spot for breakfast and coffee. We’re in the final stages: test bakes are happening, equipment is arriving, and we’re preparing to hire a small team. We don’t have an official opening date yet, but we’re so close—and we can’t wait to welcome you in.
